"My go to Turkish takeaway, Woodfod BBQ is always efficient, polite, fast and the food is always 10/10 The meat is always seasoned well, the meat is always tender and cooked to perfection, the salad is always fresh and crispy the potion size is perfect for the price. The chicken shish wrap is the best I’ve had, the size of the wrap is massive and the flavours you get in every bite is amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a Turkish takeaway, Highly recommend Woodford bbq to all my friends and family."

"It was okay, nothing to write home about. Went to this BBQ place on a Friday evening with a couple of mates. The restaurant has that typical smokehouse vibe: wooden tables, red-checkered napkins, country music in the background. It’s fairly loud and a bit dark inside, but not unpleasant. We ordered the mixed platter for two (ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken wings) plus sides of fries, slaw, and cornbread. The portion was huge, no complaints there. The ribs were tender and fell off the bone, and the brisket had a decent smoke ring, but everything tasted a bit one-note (just sweet BBQ sauce everywhere). The pulled pork was dry in places and the chicken wings were average. Sides were fine: fries were hot and crispy, slaw was creamy, cornbread came out cold. Service was friendly enough but slow; we waited nearly 45 minutes for the main even though it wasn’t packed. Drinks refills were free, which was nice. Prices are what you’d expect for BBQ (£50–60 for two with a couple of beers). It’s not bad value, but not amazing either. Overall, it did the job if you fancy ribs and don’t want to think too hard about dinner. I probably wouldn’t rush back, but I wouldn’t say no if someone suggested it again. Just… middling.2сШвидко"

"We ordered food for a dinner party at home for 17 people. We have ordered from here many times before and always been happy but usually just for 2 or 4 people. Ali helped us with everything and the food arrived on time, hot and excellently organised into separate packages for ease. The food was delicious and everyone absolutely loved it! Great service and great local business. Would highly recommend to all."
